Listen up, the true value of a home is what buyer is willing to pay for it. And buyers are not willing to pay high price.

If you are waiting for home values to hit bottom, you’ve waited too long. Depending on where you live, more likely you’ll find fewer homes for sale. Prices are slightly higher.

I think current pick up in housing is temporary due to low interest rates.

Let’s see what happens to home prices once rates return to normal levels.
